| Extra Curricular Activities | Nelson's International School students are trained in instrumental music. The school has its own distinct music suite with a range of musical instruments including electronic keyboards, guitars and full-size drum kits.\n\nWe encourage our students to develop and learn skills in reading musical notation as well as gaining practical instrument skills.\n\nStudents are given the opportunity to demonstrate their musical talents through several functions throughout the academic year, where parents can attend.\n \nAll students have music periods as part of their regular timetable and, in addition, any students interested in further music may have extra lessons during vacation times.ince 2008 we have introduced French language for our international students beginning in 3rd Std.
