Procedure | All Non-DAE parents have to obtain the Application Form from the school concerned/Coordinating School in which admission is sought, after notifying the vacant seats in each class by the AEC Schools/ Jr. College concerned. Application Forms will be issued on First-come First-serve basis. The duly filled in Application \nForms should be submitted in the school/Coordinating school. The \napplication form can also be viewed (Read Only) from the AEES \nwebsite (www.aees.gov.in) but cannot be downloaded. | |||
Required Documents | (a) Parents of wards who belong to ND-1 Category should submit relevant documents thereof from the \nconcerned authorities i.e. Revenue Department and DAE Unit\n(b) (i) Parents who have superannuated or expired while in-service or invalidated, and are applying for \ntheir wards under the ND-2 category, should submit a Retirement Certificate or Death Certificate or \nInvalidation Certificate or Certificate from the DAE authority endorsing their employment in DAE, as \napplicable.\n(ii) Similarly, Parents of the Wards of Central/State Govt/PSU employees engaged in DAE activities \nand/or working for the DAE applying under ND-2 category have to furnish a copy of their posting order \nand the latest salary slip.\n(iii) Parents of wards of employees of the major contractors working for DAE units applying under ND-\n2 category have to furnish a copy of their posting order and the latest salary slip. The duly filled in \napplication form has to be submitted to the school authorities after obtaining the counter signature of \nthe administrative authorities of local DAE unit.\n(c) Wards who belong to ND-3 category should submit the documentary proof stating that their parents \nare/were defence personnel.\n(d) Wards who belong to ND-4 category should submit the proof of service in respect of serving /retired \ngrandparent, and authentic document/certificate showing the relation of the grandparent with the \ngrandchild. The parents (both father & mother of the child) are also required to submit proof of \nincome.\n(e) Non DAE parents of all the aforesaid categories have to furnish latest salary certificate issued by the \nemployer concerned in original or latest income certificate in original issued by the Revenue \nauthorities along with the admission application. \n(f) Photocopy of Birth Certificate is to be enclosed while submitting application for admission to classes \nfrom Pre-Preparatory, Preparatory and Standard I. Original to be submitted at the time of taking \nadmission. The original Birth Certificate shall be returned to the parent at the time of child leaving the \nschool.\n(g) Original TC to be submitted at the time of taking the admission. The original TC will not be returned if \na student seeks to leave the school.\n(h) Photocopy of the last Report card of the class for which annual examination was given.\n(i) Photocopy of residential allotment letter issued by the concerned DAE Unit allotment section. \n(j) Latest pay slip, if seeking fee concessions, should be attested by the constituent DAE authorities and \nshould be produced at the time of payment of fees | |||
